On my last visit, they hired some Chinese waiting staff at the Nishi-guchi branch making it a good option for those non-Japanese speakers who can converse in mandarin instead
This place is known for the over-filled Uni & Ikura sushi - although the extent to how overfilled it is will depend on the sushi chef or just 'luck'
Also watch out for the specials board on the wall for the seasonal menu. My favourites are the slightly smoked nigiri (炙り握り).
