The one downside of this hotel was that free wi-fi was only available in the lobby...luckily they had a couple of big couches for us to use at least.
Concierge service was excellent and very helpful. They didn't seem the least bit fed up with us asking so many questions.
The room size was quite fair. We apparently had a better view than our friends who were a few rooms down even on the same side. I always appreciate hotels that offer lots of complimentary goodies for guests - the teddy bear, rubber ducky, candy. I was also glad to see Colgate toothpaste in the toiletries too. And then the highlight of them all were the extremely warmy and comfy robes!! They felt so good that both my friend and I had to one for ourselves from the Conrad souvenir shop. Considering the quality of them, MOP750 I thought was a good deal. I was thinking of using it as a TV blanket rather than wearing it at home though.
