This is just less than a minute's walk from the Jiyugaoka train station just next to the train tracks (guess that's where it got its name 'Train'chi).  
This is always a place I must make a quick stop at (well, usually ends up way longer than expected) as there is ALWAYS something to buy at Natural Kitchen, a great 100 yen (but not everything) store - be sure to check it out.  The other shop I also must stop at is the bakery 'Boulangerie Asanoya' for the blueberry bread...
