Have always wanted to visit Bills as I could never make it to the one in Japan in Kamakura. I still remember them telling us the wait would probably around 3 hours!! But now when I check the Bills website it looks like they've opened up a few more branches in Tokyo which would be more convenient to go to.
Well, luckily the hotcakes did not dissapoint which were very fluffy.
Recommend to come here either for breakfast or for lunch, as I think the environment is better suited to the day than the night.
